Australian Production House Pty Ltd (ACN 611 247 360) doing business as Legionnaires of Laughter (“we”, “us”) unequivocally respects your privacy and the lawful collection, storage, use and handling of your personal information.

We will only collect the minimum amount of personal information, being your name and email address, necessary to enable nominations for the Legionnaires of Laughter awards.  Personal information will only be used for the purposes of the Legionnaires of Laughter awards and to contact you from time to time in relation to the awards, including to provide you with relevant information from time to time and invite you to attend, nominate and vote.

Personal information will not be shared with any third parties, other than for the purpose of conducting the Legionnaires of Laughter awards, including without limitation the tallying of votes, presentation and promotion of the awards, in Australia and the USA and otherwise required by law.  

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely in Australia and the USA and is protected from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

The personal information that we collect is stored on our internal and third-party servers and filing systems managed by us in Australia.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time, and we will provide you with that information unless we are prevented by law from giving it to you.
